James was a very conscientious driver. He called when he wasn't going to arrive at the estimated time. He followed up with a text when he was headed my way. James was courteous and efficient when picking up the vehicle. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend him to others.

What a great end to a bad start! Sir B Transportt was wonderful! The receptionist was helpful and very sweet which is so important to us who get thrown by trouble. She helped me plan next moves (I had been shopping) and had common sense!! The driver called me to get more info and explain where he was and give a personal eta. They then texted to let me know 20minutes out so I could take a Lyft back in time. He was extremely knowledgeable and started my car and sent me to immediately get a new battery at a place that did a thorough check too. He also recommended a battery "box" from Amazon to avoid ever having a dead battery again. I asked it that didn't hurt his business and he said he just wanted everyone to be safe!
Love, love, love this company and will go out of my way to rate them well on social media. Thank you so much for your help!!!
